Day 4 dinner juice: the dinner juice was pretty good tonight! Yeah! Tonight was a green drink; romaine, celery, cucumbers, some grape and pineapple juice for flavor. I was pretty happy with it. I’m really surprised I haven’t gotten hungrier and that I haven’t crapped more. I was mentally preparing for it, and it just hasn’t happened. I don’t know if it’s because I’m blending instead of juicing, but with all that fiber I would have thought otherwise. I have gotten hungry for dinner earlier then normal, and I’ve felt light head / headachy a couple times, but not much. tomorrow is day 5, that is 1/12 of the final goal! Woot.
