Day 3: So I had a carrot, celery, grape, and strawberry juice this morning. It was a little heavy on the carrots and not nearly as good as the fruity juices i’ve made, but I’ve go to start acquiring a taste for this crap or it is going to be a long 2 months. One of the weird things I noticed was a o calorie rootbeer made from truvia tasted like chemicals, I had just had one 3 days before and it tasted fine. I don’t know if this is a side affect of juicing, but it will be interesting to see if processed food begins to taste worse after this is over. I need to see a doctor about this, because I want to know the best way to get calcium and protein into this diet. All of the sites I’ve read on the subject kinda suck at the day to day logistics.
