Day 27: Today was the first day I looked in the mirror and noticed a difference in my face.. ever so slightly. but it was enough to make me really appreciate the diet even more. Also, I’ve been thinking a lot now about the endgame of this diet and what my “Break Fast” will look like and then what my plan is to continue afterwards. I have some ideas but I want something concrete that i can follow. I want to start working out.. especially with this awesome weather, but I’ve had sciatic for a couple days now, and it hurts to move my right leg, never the less run on it. I do hope that clears up and I can start preparation for the MS walk and the Monument 10k like last year!
